1  Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

     A: Manufacturer found in 2005

2  Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
     A: Located in Changshu city, Jiangsu Province, China. About 1.5 hours bus from Shanghai.

        Or 1 hour from Wuxi airport and 1 hour from Suzhou north train station. Welcome to vist us !

3  Q: How to contact us? 

     A: * In home page, you can find us in the fixed dialog on your right side;

         * Choosing products, then leave us a message at the bottom of the page.

         * You can choose any online person via trademanager to have a quick talk.

4  Q: Can I get samples? 

   A: Yes. We can send free swatches in A4 size 10-20 pieces, but express freight collect.

        If you have UPS , DHL or Fedex account, please send us information. 

        If you want kilos, please contact us for a best price for you.

5  Q: How long for making color lab dip?

   A: Please offer panton colors number firstly, color fastness requirments, light source etc. 

       Around 3-5 days we will send you via express in  10*10cm one copy or customized.

6  Q: May I have a trail order? 

   A: Of course! Trail order is necessary for new customers.  MOQ is 10-300 kgs per color.

7  Q: Can we believe in you and your fabric?

    A: Why not? We have our own fabric knit factory. Although we don't own dye factory but having cooperation with several dye and print factory. That means we can meet your quality well at a competitive price accordingly. Beside, we have ERP system to keep records for every PO.

8  Q: How about the payment terms? 

     A: Usually, we accept 30% T/T in advance,70% against the copy of B/L. For HQ orders, we can accept L/C too. Western union, paypal, alipay etc are ok accordingly

9  Q: What's the time of delivery?

      A: Basic item we can send 3-7 days since we have greige fabric. Some small order we will send 12-20 days accordingly. HQ orders we will deliver 20-40 days accordingly
