The types of anti-static fabrics mainly include anti-static silk (conductive silk), anti-static ultra-clean fabrics, anti-static TC fabrics, anti-static TR fabrics, anti-static CVC fabrics, anti-static cotton fabrics, etc. Different types of fabrics are suitable for different Anti-static requirements or clean environment.
1. Anti-static silk
The main material is polyester, which is woven with special polyester filament and high-performance permanent conductive fiber through special technology. This kind has excellent anti-static and dust-proof properties, high-efficiency and long-lasting anti-static, and has the characteristics of soft, thin and smooth, and clear texture.
2. Anti-static ultra-clean fabric
It is made of special polyester filament, interwoven with conductive fibers in warp and weft directions, and woven by special technology. Not only has excellent antistatic performance, but also can effectively prevent fabric fibers from shedding and fine dust particles from seeping out of fabric gaps. And it has the characteristics of not being affected by the environment (high temperature resistance), stable chemical properties (washing resistance), etc.
3. Anti-static CVC fabric
It is woven from cotton and polyester fiber blends and inlaid with conductive fibers. The main component of CVC fabric is cotton. Its cotton content must be more than 65% to be called CVC, and when the polyester content is higher than the cotton content, it is called TC fabric. Anti-static CVC fabric has good wear resistance and wrinkle resistance, soft and comfortable to the touch.
4. Anti-static TC fabric
It is woven from polyester fiber, cotton blend and inlaid conductive fiber. Polyester-cotton blends have a brighter finish and feel smoother, stiffer, and a little stretchy. When an external force is applied, the wrinkles are not obvious, and the wrinkle recovery time is shorter than that of pure cotton fabrics.
5. Anti-static cotton fabric
Anti-static cotton fabric is made of cotton, which is interwoven with conductive fibers through textile technology. It has the characteristics of moisture absorption, moisture retention, heat resistance, alkali resistance, and soft and comfortable feel. Because the price of pure cotton itself is slightly more expensive, the price of this kind of fabric will also be higher, but its excellent performance is unmatched by other fabrics.
